If there is only one reason we should move to Utah from Arizona, these babies would be the reason!! CAN YOU EVEN HANDLE THEM!!?? I CAN'T! Lane and Lander were born in June and stayed in the nicu in Logan, Utah for about a month. Lander got discharged about a week before Lane. These boys belong to my sister Morgan and her husband Will. I know the Nicu is definitely hard and not ideal, but I personally made some special memories and bonded with these boys by being able to go see them in the NICU. The staff there is absolutely amazing. These boys and their parents are absolute fighters. I can't wait to document them as the grow up! I love being an aunt. Lander Lane above. Lander Below. Haven't they come so far?? Lane Lander Lane and Lander. Do you think they look identical? I think they do not. Lane Left Lane. Right Lander Lane above and below ![]() Do you think you will be able to tell them apart in the future after seeing these photos??

It’s been a minute since I’ve introduced myself around here! I am a small town farm girl from Idaho. I love the mountains and scenery you’ll find in southeast Idaho. I love the community and people from my little town. Living in a small town is like having 900 family members who have your back. I say 900 because that’s the population... and I didn’t even live in city limits! It’s an hour to the closest Walmart from the little town I lived in for 18 years. I’ve since moved to Rexburg Idaho and I am now living in queen creek Arizona with my husband Blake and our 2 little kids. We have grown to love Arizona and the people we’ve met here. At first, we were the only people from our family living here besides our Aunt Peggy who was here half the time. In the past year my sister and her husband, mother and father in law and brother in law have all moved to our same little town! Can't wait for more family to move here ;)
When I left my little town after graduating high school, I went to college at BYUi where I met my husband. We were married just over a year after I graduated high school and that’s when real life began! We have conquered a lot together and it’s crazy how you can grow to love someone even more than you did the day you married them! I got to do an internship with a local photographer in Idaho and that was a huge turning point in my photography career. I was blessed to learn many business and photography skills. I don’t pick up my camera just for fun as much as I’d like to, but I am happy with my growth and progress over the past 7 years. It really makes me happy taking photos for others and running a little business. Here in Arizona I have met several friends who enjoy photography and also have businesses so it is so fun to talk to them and trade secrets. I am all about community over competition. I love spending time with my family in the mountains. We love going camping even though it’s tons of effort haha! I of course love watching TV and sometimes even write “watch tv” on my to do list. It’s a priority sometimes 😂 My days now consist of school pick up and drop off, t-ball practice, dance lessons, and caring for my little family. I started working out again a few months ago at fit body bootcamp and its my favorite. I love working out and pushing my limits. We had these photos taken before we moved out of our very first home that we owned! I love them. Thanks to my friend Kacy for taking them for me! That’s just a little bit about me! Thanks for reading :) This little angel was a dream at her newborn photography session! It was my frist time having a baby and clients in my home for awhile so I made pumpkin cookies to mask any smells... Do you ever worry your house stinks?? lol. And then I ended up eating about all of the cookies. Whoops! It has been about six months since I have taken pictures of a fresh new baby, so it was long over due! Ruby was three weeks old for her session. I usually like to take newborn pictures before babies turn two weeks old because they are sleepier. Ruby proved to be very sleepy at three weeks old even though she wanted to be wide awake and visit with us at first! Her mom brought a few adorable red outfits to go along with her theme. I loved them and they looked so sweet on her. I wanted to try a composite shot at Ruby's shoot. I have never been able to master one before, so I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I was very proud of myself when the very first picture below turned out. You maybe can't tell, but I was able to photoshop Ruby's mom's hands out of the photo. I want to try and get better and better at this, but I was very happy with my first successful attempt in Photoshop! It's always a pleaure to take pictures of little babies and get a few snuggles at San Tan Valley newborn photography sessions. I am now booking studio milestone photos for your little ones starting in January, so get in touch! Categories All I just have to start this post by saying, how cute is this sweet little pea?! Could you die? I seriously could! Elle was seriously the easiest baby I have ever posed! She was SO sleepy! I don't do many babies, but recently I have done a few in my house and in my friends' homes. It has been uplifting to take pictures in families homes and see how joyful it is to welcome a new baby into a home! It brings back so many great memories of welcoming my babies. It was wonderful having Jessica come take Elle's pictures with me. It's so fun getting to share photography excitement with friends and come up with ideas together. The Fryer family is just the coolest! They actually brought us cotton candy the other night. I'm not even going to tell you how many days it took us to eat it. Or minutes. Not a big deal. I can't wait until I get to take their pictures again. The Fryer's have two super hanesome boys whom I adore. It's going to be too much to handle taking pictures of them with their brand new little sister, and of course Farrah, my best pal! Thanks for for letting me take these sweet pictures of your darling miracle, and thanks for being sweet friends! |
