We are getting ready to head to Idaho from San Tan Valley for a wedding and a ton of photography sessions. I am so beyond excited. I have been online shopping for warmer shoes for my kids.... If you know me, you know I am terrible at shopping.
I couldn't help but share some images of this cute Idaho family from a couple years ago! As I have said before, I love Idaho scenery. It makes for some great family photos! I also love the people in Idaho, and I can't wait to see them! I cannot wait to share my upcoming Idaho sessions with you, either! This family was so fun to work with! Cami picked out cute outfits and they were a super photogenic family! This location had a beautiful view of the valley and a lot of rustic barns. You get that a lot in Idaho. :) Now this little family has one more little bundle of love and an amazing craft business called Crafty Little You. Thanks for the fun times Taggart family! You are the cutest.

This session is full of so many winning photos I couldn't contain myself! I wanted to share just the black and white pictures because they are my favorites, but the color images are just too good too. ;) Angela and Thomas had their anniversary pictures taken in 2014! We went to the Old Maine Building at ASU and I fell in love! I totally want to go back. Angela and Thomas had just the perfect outfits for the setting. Angela made the clothes herself. Can you even believe that?? She is so incredibly talented. I adore her and Thomas so much. I have been friends with Angela for a lot of years now. We cheered together in high school! I have some silly memories with Angela. She is one of the people who can get you to laugh so very hard! She is funny, classy, hilarious, genuine and kind. I am super excited that she now lives closer to me so I can go visit her! I can't wait to do pictures for her little family again. Thank you Angela and Thomas! You guys ROCK! Categories All When I was editing these pictures, I couldn't help but think that Jayden gives hilarious "kiss your face off kisses!" There are other"kiss your face off" Jayden kiss pictures, too! Do you just ever love someone so much that you have to squash their face as you kiss them? I think that is how Jayden feels about his parents! I got to do pictures for this family while I was in Idaho in July. We got SO many perfect shots of this little family. They actually were moving into a brand new house right around the time of their pictures so they were super busy! I was so happy they made time to get their family pictures done. Now they will have some new family photos to display at their home. It always make home more cozy when their are precious family pictures. Jayden seriously had THE best smile! He smiled in every picture and never stopped! I don't know how he did it. My face almost broke on my wedding day when I had to smile all day. He was a trooper! Thanks to the Allen family for having me capture your sweet family! I can't wait to work with you again! Idaho scenery makes me so happy! My cousins make me so happy. These pictures makes me 200% happy! This farm we were at is so peaceful. It's the dream place to be. I love going there.
When I arrived to the location of Bryce's senior portraits, I started snapping some photos of my surroundings. The mountains, the road, the fence, the water. Everything was so beautiful. It is all home to me. We were taking pictures right on Bryce's property. Right on his farm. He was just coming down the hill from moving pipe. He was rushing into the shower so we could snap these photos before we lost the light. We actually did lose the light, haha. We had about 15 minutes to capture these images on the side of the hill. Bryce was such a trooper with me bossing him around. Put an Idaho boy on an Idaho hillside, and you get a good looking picture! That is all there is to it. I am so proud of the man Bryce has become. I remember him as a little boy in a baseball cap and cowboy boots who plays with lightning McQueen. That's what you liked, right? lol. It has been so amazing to see him grow up to a respectful, handsome, kind hardworking young man. Way to go Bryce! Can't wait to see what your future holds. Oh yeah, Go GRIZZLIES.... Here is that location again! Do you recognize it!?
Meet Bryten and Nic! We had a lot of fun at an early morning engagement mini session at the perfect mini session location. Nic even got attacked by a very small puppy! Okay, he didn't get attacked. He did get licked... A lot! I had them laying on the grass for one final pose and the cutest tiniest puppy really liked Nic! When I found out Bryten was getting married I immediately asked her if I could take her engagement pictures! I have been visiting teaching Bryten for maybe a year now, so I wanted to do a little mini session for her as a visiting teaching gift. Bryten is such a cool girl, and I have loved going over to their home every month or so and visiting with her and her mom. We only had about twenty minutes to capture some engagement pictures. They are getting married just a couple of days before Christmas. She already has her dress picked out and some cute colors. I love weddings and can't wait to see her as a bride. Congrats on your upcoming wedding Bryten and Nic! |
